Hearty English lamb chops, an absolute stalwart of our national cuisine. Delicious on their own, but we can marinade them on request. They are incredibly versatile as they can be panfried, grilled or thrown in a stew.
Cooking Guide: Barbecuing, griddling, pan-frying and grilling are all methods that suit chops with an aim to getting lots of colour on the meat and any exposed fat sizzling until brown. Brush the chops with oil, season and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
If casseroling sear fat-side down in a hot pan until golden and some of the fat has rendered out, then cook on high for 1.5 hours.
