When we took on our butchter’s shop back in 2017 we were told “to be a success you need to have a good sausage” and we couldn’t agree more!
All our sausages are lovingly made in store, by our very own hands! We select the right cuts of pork and combine with the right ratio of fat, Rusk and water before blending with various herbs, spices and other ingredients to provide a range of delicious, flavourful sausages. And we don’t just stick to pork either, we have chicken, game, lamb and beef sausages available too.
