An immensely popular invention of Della's that comprises a pork fillet, stuffed with our own Farm Butchery sausagemeat, wrapped in streaky bacon and given a wild garlic glaze.
Roast for an easy meal, when time is short but you want to create an impression!
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200'C (180'C fan) or Gas Mark 6. Cover loosely in foil; roast for 20 minutes before removing foil and cooking for a further 5 minutes to allow the bacon to crisp.
Ensure juices are clear and centre is piping hot before serving.
